Once you reach a moderate weight target then your Her Coach Personal trainer will create series of new meal planning & exercise programs to
provide your body with fuel needed to survive and to exercise. At this stage we will
work on enhancing your tone and developing muscles while you are still burning
fat.
When we say muscle, we do not intend to turn you into a body builder. Our goal is to
provide you with the proper muscles needed to support your body. So many women
unintentionally lose muscles with their crash diets. Muscle structure is critical
for your long term well-being. Important to note that as you age you will lose
muscle. Losing muscle is unhealthy, physical activity is important to gain lost
muscles
Once at this stage you have reached your ideal weight, proper muscle to fat mass ratio & BMI. Your metabolic rate should be at its peak.
Our goal is to maintain you at this level. Your Her Coach
Personal trainer will provide you with meal planning & exercise programs to provide
your body with fuel needed to survive and to exercise. This is the maintenance stage
where you will stay at your peak. By now you would have learned everything you need
