Food with all its components; carbs, fat, protein & micronutrients are the fuel to your body.
Your body consumes this fuel to survive & function. If your activity is not sufficient enough to burn this fuel, then your body will store it into fat. This is the simplest way to explain food & its effects on weight.

Simply stated Her Coach weight loss program guides you to understand the foods and portion necessary for you to lose weight and develops training programs designed to you specifically according to the weight loss stages you are within in order to get you to lose weight safely and to develop habits that will stay with you to maintain it.

At this stage your metabolic rate should have increases and you should have started to see weight loss results. Once you reach a moderate weight target then your Her Coach Personal trainer will create series of new meal planning & exercise programs to provide your body with fuel needed to survive and to exercise. At this stage we will work on enhancing your tone and developing muscles while you are still burning fat.
When we say muscle, we do not intend to turn you into a body builder. Our goal is to provide you with the proper muscles needed to support your body. So many women unintentionally lose muscles with their crash diets. Muscle structure is critical for your long term well-being. Important to note that as you age you will lose muscle. Losing muscle is unhealthy, physical activity is important to gain lost muscles

Maintain

Once at this stage you have reached your ideal weight, proper muscle to fat mass ratio & BMI. Your metabolic rate should be at its peak. Our goal is to maintain you at this level. Your Her Coach Personal trainer will provide you with meal planning & exercise programs to provide your body with fuel needed to survive and to exercise. This is the maintenance stage where you will stay at your peak. By now you would have learned everything you need to know about food, fat, carbs, calories, nutrie
